G’day! My name is Jarod Graham. I’m an Australian and I’m the Gen Z Traveller. My fascination with travel came after my first ever international trip was cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. I waited 3 long years to re-book my trip. My mind was constantly thinking about getting away, and lockdowns and restriction of movement really strengthened my previously non-existent desire to travel and see the world. During the pandemic, I spent a lot of free time (and I had a lot) researching countries around the globe, so when borders re-opened in early 2023, I wasted no time, and began my adventure! In this blog, I write about my experiences in each country I visit, particularly those countries that do not come to mind when you think about a relaxing get away.
When I’m not travelling, I work full time in quality management, hit the gym, read my Bible and spend time with my beautiful girlfriend. I am blessed to be an Australian citizen and passport holder which allows me to travel visa-free (or visa on arrival) to 173 countries.
